We aim to get your Nestique pieces to you quickly and safely. Orders are processed, packed, and handed to our carriers within the times listed below. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your door.
Processing time
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During sales or peak seasons processing may take 2–4 business days.
Note: Processing begins after payment is confirmed.

Express shipping — faster delivery when you need it sooner.
Local / same-day pickup (where available) — pick up in person from our local partner.

Tracking your order
When your order ships we send an email with a tracking number and link. You can click that link to see real-time updates. If you don’t receive tracking info within 48 hours of purchase, contact our support team and we’ll help.
International orders, customs & duties
For international shipments, customers may be responsible for customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are beyond our control and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated. Please check your local customs regulations for details.
Packaging & care
We package items to protect them in transit and minimize waste. Fragile items receive extra padding. If your package shows visible damage on arrival, please photograph the package and contents and contact us immediately.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your tracking shows delivery but you didn’t receive your order, or if an item arrives damaged, contact our support team with your order number and photos. We’ll open a claim with the carrier and work with you to resolve it — replacement, refund, or repair depending on the case.
Change or cancel an order
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered the packing or shipping process we may not be able to change it, but we’ll always try to help.
Combine orders
If you place multiple orders and want them shipped together, contact us right away — we can sometimes consolidate shipments before packing. Additional fees or delays may apply.
